The valve assembly is composed of a metal valve body, a metal valve seat with sealing rubber and a spring. lt is an important part of the hydraulic end. The main material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the surface hardness can reach HRC 60~65 after heat treatment. The sealing rubber is made of special polyurethane material, which has a longer service life, better sealing effect and more convenient replacement of seals than ordinary valve assemblies.
